Blue Energy currently operates in the Wholesale Electricity Market (MEM) as a Qualified Service Supplier. Under this modality, we represent Qualified Users in the MEM, solving without inconveniences and in a transparent way all the requirements of our clients
Generation and Power
With generators and other market participants, we engage in short, medium, and long-term purchase and sale contracts. In addition, we can articulate structures that minimize transaction risk for all parties involved
Wholesale Electricity Market
The Wholesale Electricity Market (MEM) is a market where participants sell and buy electricity

Generation
The operator of the Wholesale Electricity Market is CENACE, and it is regulated by the CRE

- In the MEM, the products associated with electricity are bought and sold for each hour of the day
- It is a cost market, where the final price will depend on the generation cost
Distribution
The Wholesale Electricity Market has benefits for the energy sector, such as increased competitiveness of the electricity supply, transparency in the processes, and tariff regulation
- Distribution lines transport electricity from the generator to the final consumer
- Ensure convenient supply levels to meet your demand
- Power from all generators is concentrated into a single nationwide distribution network to supply consumer needs
Transmission
Blue Energy comprehensively develops projects according to the specific energy needs of each client
- The purpose of the transmission activity is to conduct electrical energy from the Power Plants through lines and towers
- Guaranteed demand levels
- Delivery of electricity from the Wholesale Electricity Market to End Users
A complementary solution is available for Qualified Users in which the energy is supplied to the User by Blue Energy in the Wholesale Electricity Market through a Supply Contract
